As a warm-up for the participants we introduced a variation of the game \u201crock \u2013 paper \u2013 scissors\u201d, changing it into \u201cJedi \u2013 Space Princess \u2013 Space Monster\u201d &#8211; fitting to our Star Wars-themed Open Space workshop part.<br \/>\nLet me tell you \u2013 it became a big fight to win! The participants had to bring the roles to life with movement and sound. As a result, we had a Jedi, charging with an impressive battle cry, a loudly sighing Space Princess and a scary, roaring Space Monster among us \u2013 always on 1,2,3, \u2026!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/history.schaltzeit.com\/schaltzeit\/Site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3391\" src=\"http:\/\/history.schaltzeit.com\/schaltzeit\/Site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2.jpg\" alt=\"Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2\" width=\"1866\" height=\"1220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/history.schaltzeit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2.jpg 1866w, https:\/\/history.schaltzeit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2-300x196.jpg 300w, https:\/\/history.schaltzeit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2-1024x669.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/history.schaltzeit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2-768x502.jpg 768w, https:\/\/history.schaltzeit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Bayer_JediPrincessMonster2-1536x1004.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1866px) 100vw, 1866px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Starting with 75 people only the winners from each duel were allowed to continue playing (cutting the number of contestants in half with each new round) and consequently the size of the cheering and encouraging crowd grew and grew.<br \/>\nThe game ended with a young gentleman beating a roaring Space Monster with a very elegant Jedi. He was duly celebrated as the winner! After, the whole department was able to start refreshed and in good spirits into the next item on the agenda \u2013 Innovation Culture.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, these great illustrations were done by an honorary member of our shared office space JohnShare34.
